Coolersites.com provides permission-based email management and delivery services (through CoolerEmail.com) for clients who own their own lists of customers, members, employees or other people who have given the client permission to send email to them.
Coolersites.com will not, under any circumstances, tolerate the use of its email delivery systems to send unsolicited email (SPAM). Coolersites.com and Cooleremail.com will only support permission-based email marketing campaigns. That means that every recipient in a client's list must have given his or her permission to receive email from the client. Coolersites.com and Cooleremail.com has a zero-tolerance policy and will immediately terminate the account of any client sending SPAM. This policy is designed to protect the integrity of the Coolersites.com and the CoolerEmail.com platform for all of their clients with legitimate permission-based lists.
Coolersites.com explains to all prospective clients the anti-spam policy. CoolerEmail has its own posted anti-spam rules.
Coolersites.com requires all clients to agree to the terms and conditions of its Service Agreement, Privacy Policy and Anti-Spam Policy.
At the bottom of each email is an unsubscribe link. Use of this link is the only way to insure proper removal from an email list. You will get a confirmation screen which will display your removal. Replying to an email with UNSUBSCRIBE or REMOVE will not guarantee removal, since Coolersites.com and CoolerEmail.com does not have control over the manual removal.
Once a recipient has unsubscribed using the unsubscription method explained in all emails, Coolersites.com policy prohibits a client from contacting that email address unless it is to confirm the unsubscribe request.
Coolersites.com does not permit the rental or sale of any lists of any type or description.
How To Report Spammers
If you suspect that a Coolersite.com client has been used to send SPAM, please contact us immediately at abuse@coolersites.com and we will investigate accordingly.
